A Coaldale man, who’s been convicted five times for sexual offences against minors, will be back in a Lethbridge courtroom early next year.
A hearing to determine whether 35 year old Trevor Pritchard should be deemed a long-term or dangerous offender will take place between February 3rd and 7th and again from March 23rd to Aril 3rd.
The dates were set aside during a brief appearance in Lethbridge Court of Queen’s Bench Monday.
Pritchard was most recently convicted of sex-related offences against a teenage girl in January of this year.
A dangerous or long-term offender designation would allow Pritchard to be jailed indefinitely.
