Alberta reports 1,738 more positive COVID tests, 21 new cases in Lethbridge

LETHBRIDGE, AB – The COVID-19 provincial positivity rate remains high in Alberta at 8.3 per cent.

Another 1,738 people tested positive for the virus over the past day and there were 18 more deaths.

At present count, 684 people are in hospital province-wide and 123 of them are in the ICU.

Here in the South Zone, there were 67 new cases of COVID-19 and 21 of them are in Lethbridge.

In Lethbridge County, there were eight more cases, there were five more in Cardston County, and in Medicine Hat another 10 people tested positive.
