LETHBRIDGE, AB – A Wind WARNING has been issued for Cardston, Fort Macleod, Claresholm, Okotoks, Pincher Creek, Waterton, Crowsnest Pass areas.
Strong winds, gusting to 100 km/h and up to 120 km/h, will develop overnight tonight.
These strong winds are expected to persist through the day on Thursday before easing Thursday evening.
Damage to buildings, such as to roof shingles and windows, may occur. Loose objects may be tossed by the wind and cause injury or damage.
