LETHBRIDGE, AB- A Lethbridge man is facing several charges stemming from a weapons complaint Tuesday evening.
Police say a person was allegedly threatened and had a firearm pointed at them at a home along the 2100 block of 5th avenue north.
Officers contained the home, evacuated residents from a neighbouring property, and attempted to contact those inside.
One man left the house and police say he tried to dispose of a firearm before he was arrested.
25 year old Matayo Graham has been charged with seven weapons-related offences including assault with a weapon and uttering threats.
He’s still in custody awaiting a bail hearing.
