A man of no fixed address is facing multiple charges in Pincher Creek in relation to a stolen vehicle and rifle. Pincher Creek RCMP say officers went to a home for an investigation on Sept. 6 to find a man running from the house. He was later found to be in possession of a stolen Polaris side-by-side and a semi-automatic rifle. He was also in breach of previous release orders.
Jesse Flett, 36, was set to appear in court on Sept. 6 in relation to earlier charges related to stolen vehicles. He now faces three charges of failing to comply with a release order, possession of stolen property over $5,000, careless storage of a firearm, unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of a weapon obtained by crime.

Following a judicial hearing, Flett was remanded and is scheduled to appear in court in Pincher Creek on Sept. 20.
