The Lethbridge College Centre for Public Safety is conducting a mock disaster on May 23 as part of a research project.
The college says there will be a police presence and noises, including simulated gun rounds and screaming, near the 30th Avenue Residence on the east side of campus.
The project involves filming a mock hostage and police officer and there is no danger to the public.
Filming will happen between 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
