Fortis Alberta is hard at work trying to restore power to some Lethbridge County customers.
The County says strong winds caused a downed power line Tuesday night (Aug. 6) in the Turin area. Fortis has advised that the downed power lines have been deactivated.
You’re asked to drive with caution in the area as Fortis crews are working on or near roads to assess the full extent of the damage.
No injuries have been reported and there’s no danger to the public.
