Brooks RCMP nabbing a 20 year old man over the weekend for excessive speeding.
The officer was conducting patrols on Highway 1 just before 10pm on Saturday when he spotted a vehicle heading west at a high rate of speed.
It was recorded going 226 kilometres per hour and was passing several vehicles at that speed.
The driver was arrested and charged with Dangerous Operation of a Conveyance and is due in Brooks Provincial Court in late September.
