Lethbridge para cyclist wins silver medal at Parapan American Games in Peru

Lethbridge resident and para cyclist Lowell Taylor will be bringing home a silver medal from the Parapan American Games in Lima, Peru.

He and his pilot, Andrew Davidson, finished second in the Men’s Individual Pursuit 4,000 Metre Final in tandem cycling Monday.

A team from Columbia took gold and the team from Argentina came in third.

Taylor has a genetic eye condition that’s gradually left him with about 10 per cent vision. He’ll eventually lose his sight altogether.
