Registration now open for LPS Half Marathon charity event

Registration for the Lethbridge Police Service’s 12th Annual Half Marathon, 10K and 5K Run is now open.

The run is set for Sept. 14 and participants of all skill levels are encouraged to sign-up for this fun, family-friendly charity event. 

Whether you’re training for your first 5K, an experienced half marathoner or just looking to enjoy a brisk walk, this is the run for you.  

Participants will receive a race shirt, medal and there will be prizes for the top runners in each distance. All proceeds from the race benefit Special Olympics. 

Not a runner? We’re also looking for volunteers on race day to help along the routes.
