Lethbridge Police Commission looking for feedback on new chief search

The Lethbridge Police Commission is looking for public feedback as it searches for the next Chief of Police.

The Commission says it’s retained Leaders International to assist in the country-wide recruitment which involves an extensive stakeholder consultation.

An online survey, available on the LPS website, is asking residents to provide valuable insight that will be considered when choosing the new chief.

Former Chief Rob Davis resigned from the service earlier this month to pursue a leadership position with the Brantford Police Service in Ontario.

In the meantime, Deputy Chief Scott Woods has assumed the role of Acting Chief.
