The Town of Fort Macleod introducing a new logo with the slogan “belong” earlier this month for its redeveloped branding.
The new image honours the nearby Head Smashed In Buffalo Jump the historic downtown, the Rocky mountains, wind turbines as well as the local film industry.
Carmen Toth of Adair Advertising produced the design, noting that it’s intended to make people feel welcome, accepted and included.
Feedback was provided over the last year from Fort Macleod residents and groups as the design was being worked on.
The new branding will be used to promote all that Fort Macleod has to offer.
