LETHBRIDGE, AB – Public hearings to gather feedback about the newest City of Lethbridge Municipal Development Plan (MDP) are coming up at the beginning of next month.
By updating the MDP, the City’s goal is to set a long-term vision and policy guidance to improve residents’ quality of life, meet the community’s changing needs, foster the local economy and support responsible growth.
Residents can give their feedback on the document and ask clarifying questions at public hearing sessions that are scheduled between March 1 and March 5.
Any changes to the new MDP may then be made by City Council during second and third reading, at a later date.
