Multi vehicle crash closes highway near Taber

TABER, AB – Emergency personnel are on the scene of a multi-vehicle crash near Taber.

RCMP say it happened around 4pm Friday on Highway 36 between Township Roads 110 and 112.

It’s been described as a “serious” collision.

Motorists are asked to avoid the area as traffic cannot get through at this time.

RCMP say an update will be sent once the scene is cleared and the highway reopens.
