LETHBRIDGE, AB – A “sweet” arrest for Lethbridge’s Crime Suppression Team.
On Thursday, July 22, officers spotted a man who matched the suspect description from surveillance footage at How Sweet Inc. downtown which had been broken into that morning.
He was arrested in the area of Stafford Drive and 1 Avenue south.
A follow-up investigation resulted in charges stemming from three other business break and enters in the past few weeks.
34 year old Andy Troy Spearchief was released from custody to appear in court on Aug. 5.
