LETHBRIDGE, AB – Here we again!
A brief break, most of Alberta is back under an extreme cold warning. That includes Lethbridge and area. The very cold conditions are forecast to last the rest of this week with a big swing to much warmer weather late in the weekend.
From Environment Canada:
Extremely cold wind chill values near -40 continue.
Conditions will moderate slightly during the day but overnight wind chill values will be near -40 until later in the week.
Extreme cold puts everyone at risk.
Cover up. Frostbite can develop within minutes on exposed skin, especially with wind chill.
