RCMP investigate collision with a school bus near Coalhurst

Coaldale RCMP are investigating a collision between a school bus and a pickup truck. Officers were called to Township Road 10-2 and Range Road 232, northwest of Coalhurst around 8:50 a.m on March 27.

Police say the bus was transporting students and no students were injured. The driver of the pickup sustained what RCMP believe to be serious injuries and was transported to the hospital by ambulance.

The investigation is ongoing.
