Updated: Police ask for help identifying man found dead at Henderson Lake Golf Course

Update: Police say the 41-year-old Lethbridge man has been identified and thank the public for assistance. As the matter is non-criminal, police did not release his name and say no further information will be provided.

Lethbridge police are asking for the public’s help to identify a man who was found dead at Henderson Lake Golf Course.

The Lethbridge Police Service says he was found on March 31 in a pond and his death was deemed non-criminal. The service released a composite sketch in hope of getting information that can help notify his family.

The man is believed to be between 20 and 30 years old and has short dark hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a black jacket, hoodie, shirt and sweat pants when found. Police say he has a distinctive tattoo on his right calf that resembles Mickey mouse hands forming the letters “LA.”

Police says all traditional methods of identifying him have been unsuccessful.

Anyone with information about the man’s identity is asked to call police at 403-328-4444 and reference file 23006937.
