Dates have been set for two public engagement sessions, hosted by the Province, to gather information on Lethbridge’s Supervised Consumption Site.
The meetings will run Wednesday, September 4th and Thursday September 5th from 6 to 9pm at the Coast Hotel.
On Monday, Associate Minister of Mental Health and Addictions, Jason Luan, announced an eight member expert panel would be touring the province to get feedback on the facilities.
The committee wants to hear about crime rates, needle debris, complaints of social disorder, property values and business impacts, as well as overdose reversals and proposed solutions to address impacts of the site.
