Lethbridge Citizens Alliance condemns recent paintball attack on Supervised Consumption Site

A group of local citizens, advocating for an environment free from unsafe drug activity, is condemning the recent paintball attack outside the local Supervised Consumption Site.

Lou Mate is President of the Lethbridge Citizens Alliance. He says the LCA believes in respectful discussion and advocacy in order to bring forward solutions to the local drug crisis.

He says the Citizens Alliance believes in the four pillar model which includes harm reduction, prevention, enforcement, and treatment however, the LCA disagrees with how the harm prevention part is currently being provided in Lethbridge.

Mate says the group does not condone any malicious acts, vandalism, or violence to make their viewpoints known.
