Vauxhall man $100K richer thanks to lotto win

A Vauxhall resident recently won $100,000 on a Lotto Max Extra draw.

Gregory Janzen was watching television when he noticed his unchecked tickets sitting on the coffee table. When he checked the tickets online, he was surprised to see he had won.

“I just couldn’t believe it!” he said. “It feels great.”

Janzen says he’s happy to tuck away a little extra for a rainy day now. “I’m going to invest it and wait for retirement in a couple years.”

According to Janzen, he purchased the winning ticket from a grocery store in Vauxhall for the May 28 draw.
