Feedback still sought for City of Lethbridge Functional Plan

There’s still time for you to complete the Corridor Options Survey for the 10 Avenue South and 9 Avenue South Functional Planning Study.

According to the City of Lethbridge, the survey includes illustrations of how components of the corridors may be transformed to enhance multi-modal transportation for residents and visitors, drawing from the valuable feedback gathered throughout the Project Visioning and earlier stages of the project.

This survey invites you to share your ideas and provide input on how well these proposed ideas align with your values and interests.

To complete the survey, visit getinvolvedlethbridge.ca/10-and-9-ave-s-plan. The City will be closing this survey Nov. 5.

Community growth, hospital demands and general traffic patterns have caused transportation pressures around Chinook Regional Hospital. This functional planning study is an opportunity to plan for all modes of travel for people of all ages and abilities – while addressing local parking and road safety concerns.

The plan looks to identify current and future transportation needs and create a more vibrant, functional, safe and complete street network in the area serving the Chinook Regional Hospital and nearby neighbourhoods.
