Kodiaks close out the first half of play with wins

The Lethbridge Polytechnic Kodiaks finished first semester action this past weekend with both basketball and volleyball teams coming up with wins against the Concordia University of Edmonton Thunder.

In women’s basketball, the team beat CUE 73-66 on Friday, November 29. In men’s basketball, the team also beat CUE 76-66 on Friday.

The Kodiaks volleyball teams hit the court Friday as well, with the women’s team beating CUE 3-1. In men’s volleyball, the team beat CUE 3-0.

Kodiaks basketball action resumes January 10, with the team at home to face Red Deer Polytechnic. Kodiaks volleyball teams start the New Year on the road, but will be back at the Val Matteotti Gymnasium January 18 to play SAIT.
