Allied Arts Council presents ‘Big Ideas: Public Art Celebration’

This Thursday, the Allied Arts Council of Lethbridge invites you to celebrate local arts.

The group hosts its ‘Big Ideas: Public Art Celebration’ event. It will recognize recent successes in Lethbridge public art and give attendees the chance to connect with the artists behind some of the city’s newest public art installations.

Guests can gain insight into the creative processes behind murals and vinyl works seen around Lethbridge, discover how public art provides a boost to the community and learn more about how they can get involved in future art projects.

“Whether you’re an artist, a supporter of the arts or simply curious about public art, this event promises to be a meaningful and inspiring evening,” says the AAC.

The event will be held in the Casa Community Room at 7 p.m. on Thursday, January 30.
