No injuries reported in north Lethbridge fire

Crews from four stations responded to a building fire in north Lethbridge on Tuesday. 

Firefighters were called out at around 7 a.m. to the 1900 block of 6 Avenue North. When they arrived, they saw smoke and flames coming from the back of the building. 

Officials say they were able to quickly contain and extinguish the fire and prevented it from spreading further. 

All residents were evacuated from the building safely, and no injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation, and damages are estimated to be over $250,000.
