Lethbridge Police investigating fatal motorcycle crash

Police in Lethbridge are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash.

At around 4:52 p.m. on Tuesday, July 8, the Lethbridge Police Service responded to a collision between a motorcycle and pickup truck.

The incident happened at the intersection of Highway 3 and 30 Street North.

Police say the 62-year-old driver of the motorbike was seriously injured and taken to Chinook Regional Hospital by EMS, where they were later pronounced deceased.

They note the 62-year-old was the only rider on the motorcycle.

Anyone with dashcam or surveillance footage from the area at the time of the collision is asked to contact police at 403-393-4115.
