Pincher Creek Health Centre’s Emergency Department to temporarily close

The Pincher Creek Health Centre’s Emergency Department will be closed Tuesday evening, February 10, from 6 p.m. to midnight.

Nursing staff will remain on-site during planned electrical upgrades.

Emergency Health Services will be available to transport patients, if needed, to facilities including the Cardston Health Centre, Crowsnest Pass Health Centre, Fort Macleod Health Centre or Chinook Regional Hospital in Lethbridge.

Patients are asked to call 911 if they have a medical emergency during these times. Residents are reminded to call Health Link at 811, which is available 24/7, for any non-emergency, health-related questions

Individuals requiring non-emergency medical care are also encouraged to call their family physician. Other services at the site are not impacted by the closure.
