Drivers are advised of a closure on the north side of Lethbridge this week.
The City of Lethbridge reported that electrical work will lead to a closure of Scenic Drive North, between 26 Avenue North and Uplands Boulevard North.
The closure is in effect as of Monday, July 13, and will allow crews to excavate the road, install underground conduit, then backfill and repave the roadway.
Officials said the project should be finished by Friday, July 17, weather permitting.
A detour will be in place around the work site while the project is underway.
