Coaldale man charged with drug offences

A Coaldale man is facing several drug related charges after he was arrested for allegedly being in possession of a stolen licence plate.

Members of the Southern Alberta Crime Reduction Unit and Coaldale RCMP made the arrest on Wednesday.

Officers also seized 29 grams of fentanyl as well as cocaine, LSD and mushrooms.

40 year old Paul McCarthy was set to appear in Lethbridge Provincial Court Friday, Sept. 4.
