Lethbridge still one of the most affordable cities for renters

Lethbridge continues to be one of the most affordable cities in the country for renters.

That, according to the most recent National Rent Report produced by Rentals.ca and Bullpen Research and Consulting.

At an average of $925 per month for a one-bedroom and just under $1,100 per month for a two-bedroom, Lethbridge took the third lowest spot out of 33 the cities ranked last month.

Ten of the top twelve cities on the list with the priciest rents are in Ontario.

The average monthly rental rate in Canada increased by 1.9% in June after going up 4% in May.
