Police seize $20K in drugs from Glendale home

Two men from Lethbridge are facing several charges after police seized roughly $20,000 worth of drugs from a home in the Glendale neighbourhood.

According to authorities, ALERT Lethbridge and the Lethbridge Police Service executed a search warrant at the home on April 25th. During the search, police seized significant amounts of meth, mushrooms, cocaine, and fentanyl. Police also seized 70 packages of black market cigarettes, $1,245 in cash, and several weapons including replica firearms with ammunition.

James Gladden and Adam Sebok are both facing numerous trafficking-related charges including possession and the unauthorized possession of a weapon.

ALERT Lethbridge Staff Sargent Trevor Sheppard says police believe both men were selling drugs out of the home.

“Anytime we are able to take drugs off our streets is a win for residents in the neighbourhood, as well as the community,” Sheppard says.

Police continue to encourage anyone who suspects drug or gang violence in their community to contact police or crime stoppers.
