UPDATE: 35-year-old arrested in connection to Circle K robbery

UPDATE: A 35-year-old man has been identified as the suspect in the alleged Circle K robbery back in June. According to police, Kirk Timm is being charged with robbery and is in custody waiting for a Judicial Interim Release Hearing.

Police are thanking the public for their help.

Police are looking to the public for help identifying a man believed to be connected to an alleged robbery at a Circle K on Mayor Magrath Drive South.

According to Lethbridge Police officials, the alleged incident happened in the 2700 block of Mayor Magrath Drive around 11:30 p.m. on June 18th. During the incident, police say that the suspect told the employee he had a weapon before fleeing the scene with stolen items.

Anyone who recognizes the suspect is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
