UPDATE: One man has been taken into custody following a high-risk incident at a home on the north side of the city.
According to police, people no longer need to avoid the 200 block of 19th Street North, though they advise that officers remain on scene.
A release from LPS reads, “This matter is related to an ongoing investigation and no further information is anticipated for release at this time.”
