U of L’s Winter Career Fair runs Wednesday

On Wednesday, the University of Lethbridge’s Winter Career Fair provides an excellent opportunity to build your network, ask questions and seek employment.

“We will see more than 70 organizations represented, including everything from school boards to police services, provincial and federal government agencies and more,” says Jason Kirbyson, events and outreach coordinator for Career Bridge. “We expect about 2,500 students will seize this opportunity to speak directly to employers about their needs, how to apply for positions and even get hired.”

The event takes place in the U of L’s Centre for Sport and Wellness from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

It’s recommended participants come equipped with an updated resume and cover letter, an updated LinkedIn page and are dressed professionally.
