Non-profit groups and schools have until the beginning of March to apply for funding through the Community Benefit Fund.
According to Lethbridge County, the funding is available through a partnership between the municipality and the Stirling Win Project. The funding is meant to support a variety of projects that include community events, education or arts programs which align with one of several areas. These areas include environmental enhancement, social welfare, emergency relief, health and wellness or arts and culture.
The funding application closes March 1st.
