Lethbridge Police looking to identify suspect in northside armed robbery

Police in Lethbridge are asking for help to identify an armed robbery suspect. 

The LPS says just after 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 26, a man entered the Ace Liquor store on the 300 block of Bluefox Boulevard North. Police say the suspect picked some liquor, approached the front counter and then brought out a knife and demanded cash. 

According to the LPS, an undisclosed amount of money was handed over, and the suspect fled the scene. No one was injured during the incident. 

The suspect is described as a Caucasian man in his 40s or 50s, standing about six feet tall with a medium build.

Anyone with information on the suspect’s identity or the incident is asked to call the LPS at 403-328-4444 and reference file 25011496. Tips can also be submitted anonymously to Crime Stoppers online or by calling 1-800-222-8477.
