Lethbridge Police are investigating a downtown assault which resulted in a 37 year old man suffering head injuries.
It happened around 8:30am along the 200 block of 5th street south.
The injured man was taken to hospital where he remains in stable condition.
Police have since made an arrest and the investigation is ongoing. They’re asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident to contact them.
Officers also say this was not random as the parties involved are known to each other.
