The International Monetary Funds’ latest forecast shows the global economy will suffer its worst year since the Great Depression.
The IMF data shows Canada’s economy will shrink by 6.2% before bouncing back with 4.2% growth in 2021.
Canada will be hit harder than the United States but not as bad as Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
