Alleged sex assault prompts specialized self-defence class for realtors and new home sales consultants

A self-defence class, specialized for realtors and new home sales consultants, will be taking place in Lethbridge next week.
The initiative stems from a recent incident in the city where a sales associate was allegedly sexually assaulted by a man who claimed to be interested in a new house.
The woman had taken him to an empty show home and once they were both inside, she was allegedly assaulted.
Police were able to track down the suspect and make an arrest.
The self-defence class is set to run from noon to 3:00 pm next Tuesday (June 11) and those interested can pre-register through BILD Lethbridge.
