WATERTON, AB. – It’s going to soon cost you more to visit Waterton Lakes National Park.

Starting February 1st, admission fees are going up.

Officials say this fee adjustment brings Waterton in line with the six other mountain national parks and also supports visitor services and conservation programs.

As of next month, those fees will increase by $3.00 for adults ($10), $1.50 for seniors ($8.40), $4.00 for a family ($16).

Admission for youth 17 and under is still free.

You can get more information on the admission changes on the Waterton Lakes National Park website.
