LETHBRIDGE, AB – A COVID-19 outbreak has been declared at a Lethbridge high school.
The public school division says an additional case has been confirmed at Winston Churchill. That’s now five cases at that north side school.
As a result, the Medical Officer of Health has started an investigation to try and determine who may have been exposed there during the infectious period.
The Lethbridge School Division stresses the risk to the general population at Winston Churchill of becoming infected because of these cases is low.
The follows a number of other confirmed cases within the Lethbridge School Division this week.
