LETHBRIDGE COUNTY, AB – Hauling and weight restrictions are back in play once again on roads around Lethbridge County.

The spring season weight regulations are put in place every year at this time in order to maintain the integrity of county roads.

The bans include both paved and hard top roads.

County officials say hard top roads are banned to 75% load and all gravel roads will remain at 100%. All roads within the county will be monitored as the spring season progresses.

Both the province and surrounding municipalities implement road bans to maintain an acceptable and safe level of service and reduce the amount of damage caused by loading during periods when the road is most susceptible to excess deterioration.

You can find a full list of impacted roads on the Lethbridge County website.
