Human remains found in “advanced state of decomposition” on Blood Tribe land

STANDOFF, AB – Human remains have been found on the Blood Reserve.

Blood Tribe Police say the discovery was made in the north end of the Nation on Wednesday, Nov. 24.

Details are scarce at this time, but officers say the remains were in an advanced state of decomposition.

No further details are being released at this time as an investigation gets underway.
