A Lethbridge man being sentenced to one year behind bars late last week in relation to the sexual assault of two teenage boys.
Lethbridge Police say an investigation from April 2017 revealed that two 15 year old boys snuck out late one night and met up with a man one of them had met on social media. The boys were then given drugs and alcohol at Cody Black Forehead’s home where they were later sexually assaulted.
The 33 year old was supposed to go to trial last December, but instead entered guilty pleas to two counts of sexual interference.
In addition to the jail term, Black Forehead will also be added to the national sex offender registry, he cannot own any weapons for 10 years, and he’s expected to complete a sex offender program or other counselling.
