LETHBRIDGE, AB – Very cold conditions didn’t help Lethbridge firefighters as they battled a blaze on Christmas Eve.
Crews from four stations were called out Friday night to a home on 18th Avenue North. Firefighters from Coaldale came as well to help out.
The cold weather made it difficult for firefighters to manage, however after a while, they did get the blaze under control.
One resident was taken to hospital. Their condition isn’t know.
Officials say the fire remains under investigation and as of now there is now estimate on damage.
