COVID-19 related deaths reported in City of Lethbridge, Lethbridge County

COVID-19 related deaths were reported in both the City of Lethbridge and Lethbridge County on Tuesday. The death in the municipality is the 70th COVID-19 related death since the onset of the pandemic, with the Lethbridge County death the 20th in that region.

16 new and 12 recovered cases of COVID-19 were also reported in Lethbridge County on Wednesday, pushing the active total to 148 as of January 25th. 126 recovered and 97 new cases of the virus were also discovered in the City of Lethbridge over the last 24 hours. There are 1104 active cases remaining in the municipality.

Province-wide, over 3,341 cases were identified from 9,000 tests for a positivity rate of 37.1 per cent.
