Hurricanes postpone Wall of Honour induction ceremony

The 2022 Lethbridge Hurricanes Wall of Honour induction ceremony has been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The team says the presentation, which would have seen former players Mark Greig and Keven St. Jacques inducted, will be moved from February 4th to a date to be determined.

Hurricanes Manager of Business Operations Terry Huisman says they’re looking forward to a time when they can safely welcome players and fans to the ceremony.

“We’re disappointed that we have had to postpone the scheduled Wall of Honour induction,” he says. “We are committed to honouring both Mark and Kevin when the time is right and we will look at ways to make the next Wall of Honour induction bigger and better.”

The team says a new date and time for the 2022 Wall of Honour luncheon.
