Lethbridge Airport survey launched

The airport is conducting an online survey with the help of Opportunity Lethbridge in order to understand how it can best meet the needs of their customers and community as it looks to expand.

Abby Slovack is the General Manager of Opportunity Lethbridge and says the survey results will give them a good sense of what customers are wanting as the airport looks to make improvements. “We want to get a sense of where people are wanting to go both domestically and internationally. It helps us when we look to talk to airline partners about future route opportunities and with our planning for runway extensions and terminal expansions,” she says.

Slovak adds the information from customers will also help to understand travel patterns. “We know they are flying into Calgary but beyond that, where are they going? Is it Toronto, Vancouver? What is their final destination? We want to be able to gather that data.”

The survey can be found here and is available online until April 30.
