Lethbridge police seek suspect in August stabbing incident

Lethbridge police are asking for public assistance locating a suspect in connection to a stabbing last month.

Police responded to an assault in the 500 block of 7 St. S on Aug. 4, around 10 p.m., where they determined a victim sustained minor injuries after being stabbed.

“Alternative methods of identifying the subject have been unsuccessful, so the Lethbridge Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the subject, who was described as an Indigenous female, about 35-40 years old, 5’7″, with a fair skin tone, brown hair in a top bun, wearing a dark denim jacket,” reads a news release from LPS.

Police ask anyone who has information on the suspect to contact them or Crime Stoppers and reference file #22016777.
