Lethbridge is one year away from hosting the 2020 Alberta Summer Games

We’re one year away from the 2020 Alberta Summer Games in Lethbridge.

About 3,000 participants between the ages of 11 and 17 will gather here next July 23rd to 26th to compete at venues throughout Lethbridge and southern Alberta.

Hundreds of volunteers will be needed and organizers say a call to sign up will be coming in the next few months.

In the meantime, residents are encouraged to stay connected with the games through social media by following along on Facebook @ASG2020, Twitter @asg2020Leth, and Instagram @asg.2020

The road to the Alberta Summer Games started in 2017 when the Lethbridge Sport Council submitted a bid package to the Alberta Sport Connection.
